[As a customer he's a high-strung architecture and design student who probably shouldn't be having any more coffee or he's liable to vibrate himself to another plane of existence, and it's more likely to be the on-campus coffee shop/student lounge than it is to be anywhere outside.

As an employee he's a low-key kitchen witch, drawing good luck charm runes in the latte foam of to-go cups before snapping the lids on, making drink or snack suggestions based on people's star signs, but never overbearing about it, which works, since the cafe is probably half tea-leaves-reading tea shop as it is.]
